I'm not surprised to see other reports on this scrapbooking company seen on TV. Are they even a company?

No complaints on the amount of time it took to receive my items. However, they were not the items I ordered. I wanted the $39.95 set and was charged (and sent, I assume) the $79.95 set.

I agree with the other post that said all you get when you call is an automated system and they try to sell you 25 different things, one at a time, which is absolutely ridiculous. And they NEVER give you the option of speaking to someone, NOR do they give you a total of what will be charged to your credit card.

It all seems very shady. I will gladly return the items once they send me the requested postage paid envelope.in the meantime, I will dispute it with my credit card company.
