Ripped off Ripoff

180066roses are a bunch of thieves I have been on the phone with them since December 23rd after seeing what my girlfriend and her family received. I had ordered 2 items from them one of them was a Peppermint Tulips and the other was a basket of chocolates.

The Tulips were beautiful full of live very well taken picture and the basket had so many different varieties of chocolates it was big with a ribbon ties around the basket I was very satisfied when I made the purchase but after seeing what they had delivered I was very upset the Tulips were very small it did not look like the picture I had seen the basket of chocolates came in a small basket and about 10 pieces of chocolates in a bag which was not what I ordered and the money that I spent on them did not show.

I called this company right away after I seen the items I spoke with a man but didn't get his name he told me that I would be compensated but to call after the holidays because it's a busy time. So I called on Wednesday 27th of December I spoke with a lady and she told me that she was taking care of the situation and was going to call me back. A week had passed by and no one had called me so I made the attempt to call them. I spoken with the same lady and I only knew that because I had recognized her voice she had told me that they will compensate me but I wouldn't get my entire money back just partial payment back. She also told me that would take 3-5 business days and I have yet to receive it.
It is Thursday the 11th of January and I have called them and there now giving me the run around I do not appreciate this. The poorest customer service I have ever encountered they're not even helping me out there just telling me I will get back to you. I had asked to speak with a manager and I am still on hold it has now been 33 minutes. I had finally got through to someone and they told me if I can give them a day to get my file because the person who was handling me was not in. I simply said no I will not I have given you guys 3 weeks and you have done nothing either get back to me or I will report you. Guess what it is now the next day and no refund so they will be reported like promised at least I can keep my word.
