Terrible customer service and lies

My daughter signed up for an AoL account for her laptop so that she could sign on anywhere with a modem. The disk that she use indicated we would receive 4 months free and a risk free trial. The company debited my card right away and caused me to have over 100.00 in overdraft fees at the bank.
I called imediately to inquire about the charge and I received nothing but CSR's that knew nothing. After explaing the situation they said the account was set up by a minor and would be close right away. Finally I thought they are closing it well I only used the account for 3 days and wanted my 25.90 back, now the problem began they said it was a Minor account which was fraud and this would be referred to the fraud department. OMG! How can it be fraud if I am there with the card all my daughter did was enter her user name and her name. So I jumped thru the hoops that AOL was putting me through
I waited 2 weeks to receive an Affadivat that I never got and I finally had faxed to me. When I received it, it really had nothing to do with my situation so I called the Fraud department back and talked to the most obnoxious woman I have ever encountered in a Customer Service Position her name is Judy... She was rude and said I am marking this account as not fraud and you can do whatever you need to do to get this money back I am not giving it to you It is ours!
I only used this service for 3 days but AOL kept the entire amount saying I violated their terms of service. I have argued with this company for 3 weeks and got the run around with every phone call. I don't care if AOL was the only internet company in the world they would not get my business. This company will rip you off every chance they get. Please do not sign up on those disks they fill your mailbox with.
