Accepted Payment, Failed to Deliver Merchandise, Failed to Live Up to Claims on Website, Failed to Respond to Emails, Ripoff

I placed an order through the company's website (doxylingerie.com) on December 14 for items marked as "IN-STOCK" which the site guaranteed shipment within 2-3 days. Upgraded shipping was selected exactly as the site suggested to ensure delivery by Christmas. Payment for goods was sent and confirmed through Paypal on December 15.
Christmas came and went with no delivery of purchased goods. I sent two emails to the customer service email address (CustomerSupport@DoxyLingerie.com) as no phone number was provided. The first requested an order status and explanation, the second a refund. Both emails were never replied to nor opened as I did not receive a receipt notification.
I find it incredibly troubling that this business is allowed to remain open by the state of Missouri not to mention the fact that somebody actually runs their business in this fashion. It is a sad indictment of what our society has become.
