I have tried to contact Doxy using their online chat, but of course no one is ever available no matter what time or day. I have sent three emails inquiring about my order to Sales@doxylingerie.com with no response. My order was placed on 7/6/06 and a month later it still has not arrived, I did not receive an email, phone call that the order was on backorder or if they ever plan on sending me my order.
