Ripoff Charged my account without my authorization Hidden fees Scam

I was inquiring about diet programs on the internet and was checking out ediets.com. I was getting my "free" analysis and they seemed to have alot of diets to choose from so I had the intention of signing up. However, when I got to the last page and they were going to charge me 53.88 instead of the 10 or so dollars that I thought it was I never completed the transaction and x'd out of the website. That didn't stop them from charging my bank card for 53.88. I brought this to their attention the next day when I noticed it and they refuse to refund my money and state that I am obligated as a member of their scam company for 3 months. I reported them to my bank because they charged my card when I never completed the transaction and don't know if that's going to help or not. This company is a scam. They take someone's weakness (weight) and exploit it and scam people out of money. I reported them to the bbb, my bank, epinions.com, and now ripoff report. I am very unhappy with this scam.
