Doba My letter to Brandon Williams about refund. Please read and respond! Olem

NEW NOTE: I've already wrote on this site about this company and today I'm urging others who have been ripped off by this company to write like letters to a one Mr. Brandon Williams.

Question - is anyone on here willing to join a class action suit against this company? If so, reply and let me know for i think it's obvious that these people need to stop ripping people off.

(The reason I put internet on the address, I'm not sure if the) (physical address is real or fake. Could be just someones home.)

Mr. Williams,
I'm writing to you for you're the person who took my $220.00 over the phone on Dec. 16Th, and even though I've written to the CEO (never received a reply, what a surprise!), and called twice, I'm still waiting for my refund. I was told I'd only get $175.00 of the $220.00, now why is that sir? I was first told I'd get my refund within 3 days. WRONG!!! Then I was told a few days later by your snide employee, that it would be after the holidays. This is pure bull and I personally think that there is no intention at all in giving me a refund even though I asked for it back, per your websites description of a money back guarantee in the 7 day trial. Below is the letter that best describes your company business practices of so many letters I read, including one I wrote myself.
You were very deceptive in your description of Doba and here's what I'm personally going to do to make sure that you STOP ripping people off.
#-1 I've already contacted the BBB in Utah, though that seems futile in many other persons opinions.
#-2 I will also contact the Consumer Protection Agency
#-3 The State Attorney General
#4 I'm reporting you to the eBay Safe harbor, recommended by an eBay Representative.
I think this is a good start. Now, I still want my refund. Oh and another suggestion by another person that was ripped off by your company, was to file a Class Action lawsuit in which I would not mind one bit in joining the bandwagon and many are willing and ready.
The last customer service rep. I spoke with actually said that your prices are not really wholesale!!! After he tried to charge me for services I did not even use!!! I had 3 of your items on eBay up for listing and ended the auction early, for I found out about the actual wholesale rate that you say you are is really retail AND you mark up more then the MSRP and that sir is not only deceptive, but illegal.
Your company goes for those people who are hoping to improve their lives a little and you take advantage of folks who have little money to invest and want to provide a good and honest service as well as make a small profit as to supplement their income. There is absolutely no way to do that with your prices of products. Also many of your suppliers just seem to quit which leaves a person, such as myself auctioning that product on eBay to have to explain to any possible bidders (and those bidders are ignorant ones at that) that the product they won isn't available. Now that is not the way for someone to get good feedback, which is why I ended my auction early, but you know what? I STILL OWE EBAY ALL THE FEES!!!
So, in reality I've lost over about $300.00 and that includes the $220.00 that you still owe me! By the way. I fully expect a full refund of that amount. Not the amount your rep. Told me.
So sir, do not ignore this email. I'm frankly tired of being treated like crap by your folks and also an idiot.

P.S. I'm also filing a complaint with my bank after the 2nd of jan. Of 07 and let them know there were fraudulant charges on my account. Why? Because you removed the funds days before the 7 day trial was even over. End of story!!!
