Ordered Product December 2, received confirmation, charged, no product no contact Ripoff

I ordered from this site on December 2nd and recieved a confirmation notice. They charged my credit card and I have seen nothing since. I used thier site to try to contact them twice, no response. I have today paid 3 X what I was already charged to get the item for my little girl. Thank Heavens for Amazon Marketplace Vendors. Do not use this company. They will not send your product or respond to your requests.
