Rebate fraud rip-off Internet

This company accepted my rebate documents in July. Their website says it takes 8-12 weeks to send the check. As of december they still haven't sent any check. They haven't bothered answering to any of my emails. It is futile to phone them as their standard answer is that the check will be sent out in 10 business days. I have called them thrice in the last two months and I get the same answer every time. It appears that this is their tactic to force people to use their no-wait rebate.
