Directory billing scam ripoff

Our company has 28 locations in NE and IA. This company sends a letter or postcard out that says sign up for your free yellowpages directory, it has a line for a signature. So our employees think it's free, they sign it and send it back in.

Then we get billed $49.95 per month for directorybilling. What they do, is take the signature of the person and superimpose it onto a different form that shows the cost thinking that our accounting department thinks well it was authorized so we will pay it. Well no such luck.

We know better, I even sent them a letter with all our addresses telling themm to never send anything or call our stores again. I called and told them to take the billing off, the gal said she couldn't so I asked to talk to a supervisor, then she came back on and said her supervisor said they would refund the charges but it would take a couple billing cycles, well we will not be paying for it not matter what.

I have reported them to the BBB once before and will again. They are scammers.
