Ripoff Did not honor my laptop, notebook guarantee after almost 3 months in service Bayamon

I bought a new laptop at Compusa late 2005. Because the burner did not work properly, I took my laptop for servicing on on 09/16. To make this story short I drove to Bayamon from Vega Baja about 8 times during almost 3 months.

First time I showed at the front desk, a customer service representative gave me bogus responses and tried to confused me to close the service ticket, because the agreement with manufacturer ended and he recommend to head to the new mfg technical service vendor.

Only issue was the guarantee was near to expire, so I decided to talked to a in store Manager (Antonio Soltero), he agree to rework my ticket and opened a new one 10/13. Before doing that I drove 3 times to Compusa at Bayamon, Rio Hondo.

Every 2 weeks I diligent visited the customer service desk only to hear evasive responses from the representatives.

Finally I talked to Technical Service Manager on late november (Luis Pedro). I explained LUIS PEDRO, that I badly need my laptop and he agree to call to return my laptop broken and he promises to call me when they were ready to fix my laptop (price range $70 to $110) guess whatthey did not call back as today 12-16

Bottom line, my guarantee expired and CompUSA did not honor it.

Also they offers bad Technical Service, usually nobody picks the telephone
