They took my information and ripped me off Ente

On 12-11 a check went through my account. Check number 9999 for $49.95. I never authorized that check to go into my account. Now i am in the negative.

I have never heard of these people before and i dont appreciate there business mannerisims. There was also another phone # to call 1-410-228-9232 and that number is disconnected.

I sent them an email, hopefully they will be considerate enough to respond but i doubt it. I want my money back one way or the other.

I took it up with my bank (bank of america) and they gave me the number to the check fruad department and they are not willing to help me. I should no tbe held responsible for something that i did not authorize?
