The debited 49.95 out of my checking account and were not authorized to. Ripoff

Me and my boyfriend were trying to get an online loan to pay the rest of my car off that I had totalled. We had applied for several different ones in his and my name.

Several days later I checked my banking account and I had a check from secretcashcard for 49.95 to clear my account. Neither one of us remember even signing up with them. My boyfriends name was on the check. When I looked at my online statement you could barely read from whom the check was from.

We got the customer service number for this company. When my boyfriend inquired why they had debited money out of my account, they hung up on him.
