Fraudulent free advertising ripoff

This company advertises free software where you pay shipping only and after you order it they bill your credit card $49.90. The problem is they don't tell you up front that if you KEEP the CD's beyond 10 days, they are going to bill you. This information is hidden in the Terms of use link in teeny tiny letters at the bottom of their web page. And even if you DID want to return the CD's before the trial period, they do not provide that information without you having to hunt and dig for the information of where to return them.

This company should be run out of business for not stating on the ordering page that if you keep the CD's for more than 10 days you will be billed full price for the software.

We have contacted our bank several times and they are also giving us a hard time about removing the fraudulent charging from the bill. But we have not given up yet.

We are also registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - which already has 184 complaints filed about this company - and most of them unresolved! Stay away from THINKALL PUBLISHING at any and all costs!!!
