Removal of money from checking account without permission ripoff Las Vagas Nevada

Was told that i could recieve a free cd on how to obtain grants. I recieved then i found they were taking 29.95 out of my checking account without my permission. I tried to contact them but they will not return any phone calls this has been going on for several months till i had too get the bank involved. Still have recieved no credit for these two months
