They took an unautrized amount of 39.95 out of my account

I had an unatherized withdraw from my account by this place in the amount of 39.95 on 12-25-07. I was not given a number where i could get a hold of them to have it refunded back to my account. This is after they took 1.97 out for a disc they were to send n i never recieved. They are taking money for me without permission.
