Fraudulent business practices

Purchased basic dedicated server from company. Read signed and faxed the Acceptable Use Policy to company before service would start.

Company e-mailed me on 12/09 stating that we were in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing that we are doing is in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Company is fraudulently making up the policy after the fact that we begin the service with a signed agreement.

This is an illegal business practice similer to the bait and switch tactics used by other companies. Unsuspecting clients may begin service with this company all to lose their investment after the company decides that they can take advantage of them by stating they are in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

We have lost our investment with this company. While we mutually agreed to let the service terminate at the end of the month that we paid for, we cannot put clients on this server as we would have to go through the trouble of moving them in 16 days. This service meant to continue indefinitly not month-to-month.

We lost $179.00.
