I bought a purse about the ioffer website from the vendor named Lukii 10 on November 2nd July. I never received product and so I submitted a challenge with ioffer and paypal. The vendor isn't any longer a registered person in ioffer. Ioffer has been doing nothing to assist the problem and paypal has dominated in my own benefit have restored nothing. This supplier is just a fraud artist I approached this supposed Gloria green in Phoenix and he or she promises a Mr Yin has got the cash and following a handful of emails she blocked my tackle after I informed her I needed a return. I've submitted a using the BBB against each Paypal and ioffer and that I also have submitted ICI3 statement from the gloria green from phoenix. If enough grievances happen with this particular vendor perhaps a statement could be submitted with phoenix police department.
