Ripoff Customer service sucks! They act like they care, but they really don't! No one knows what the other one is doing even though they record your conversation

I will never order from dell again!
I have never had this horrible experience happen to me!
I have spent hrs. & hrs. On the phone, getting transfered over & over, repeating your self over & over, one person says one thing and another person says something different, they tell you what you want to here just to get you off the phone and then you find out they did'nt do a darn thing. I have had to drive to ups 6 times since sept. 26.

They wont give me my money back, because they did'nt have any record of my phone call or my conversation. And i had to go spend money to replace what did'nt work in the first place.

I am going crazy! You would think they would be out of business. Willo
