Profit And a big RIP OFF St. George

So i was trying to get a Elmo tmx and this promotion came up for less then 2 dollers. So I did it and a short time later the charged me 50 bucks. I called and they said they would refund me my money. They said they did but my bank said. Well they told me to send a bank statment and then they would refund me my money. Well i have been hung up on three times trying to find out whats going on. They do nothing but song and a dance. I am on hold again right now. We need to get a lawyer and do something about this. They need to pay. If anyone has got anyware with then please let me know.
