Mr. Hunt,

Since I have received neither a response nor a credit on my account, I can only assume you are not a man of your word. It has been over a month since you received the items back and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. Frankly, I am not surprised. I can only assume at this point that your company has no intention of refunding my money. Well, all I can say at this point is that you must need the money more than I do. I will be sure to put out the word to all my business contacts, of which there are many, to stay away from your site. You do not live up to your word. (see below).

This was sent to me by you on 11-11 and you stated you would look into the credit to my account on Monday, 11-13-06. It is now 11-17, so I was just wondering if you meant a different monday? The items were received by your company on October 24 and after I contacted you on 10-31, you e-mailed and stated that my account WOULD BE CREDITED. No credit has been issued as yet. The amount that needs to be credited is 21.30 Please check into this as soon as possible.

After reviewing the enclosed samples I believe that
the problem you experienced may be caused by the
fact
that ink jet printers do not have a white ink. They
rely on the media printed on to provide the white
color. If you are using a clear media, you have to
supply the white some other way if applying your
decals to a surface that is not white.
