Unauthorized ACH debits, internet and banking fraud

I look at my account this morning and found an unauthorized ACH debit for $49.95 on Tuesday 11/21. My bank isn't your typical bank (yea Charter One) and they actually had people manning the phones in customer service. I haven't actually talked to anyone from this company yet, but hopefully I won't have a huge problem getting my money back. If so, then I will have to contact some people to get this resolved.
