Fraud, deceptive marketing practices & racketeering by two subsidiaries of Systemax, Inc. Ripoff

The reports are so numerous that it would be redundant to report all of the details. Suffice it to say that: On August 11, I received email notification that my rebate submissions [6]had been approved—that I should receive them in 3-5 business days.

When no payment appeared, I wrote OnRebate.com: "Three weeks ago, I received email notification that most of my applied for rebates would be paid to my PayPal account within 3-5 business days. To date, they have not arrived. There was no indication whether the 3-5 days were consecutive, or spread over several weeks or months. Please advise."
After additional emails and numerous telephone calls, I have finally gotten one of the six rebates, promised.

Anybody interested in a class action RICO against Systemax and its subsidiaries: TigerDirect.com & OnRebate.com?
