The troubles began when Top Rank consulting took my money and started promting the wrong website. When I caught that problem they were very apologetic and professional and said they would start over my contract. Than we had a few telephone meeting to get eveything. Since May I have been leaving messages and sending emails and can't get anybody to respond. My website is still not being promote. So they took my money and are running!
DON'T do business with them!!!
