Ripoff After hiring My web site blackballed 8 months later they call to help endless account reps Feel very ripped off

Paid $3,000 for Top Rank Consulting to make my web business more profitable and achieve better advertising results. They provided the report, made some web site code changes, and my site was blackballed from Google. It took my efforts 9 months later to get my site back on Google

I called and asked why site was not listed any longer on Google. I had pretty good standings. They claimed Google made some changes and this happens. Told me to wait and it will get corrected in about 5 or 6 weeks. Called back in 6 weeks and left messages to call me back, which the calls were not returned.

Nine months after they contracted to help, I find myself attacking the problem of getting my site back again on Google. Weeks later I did it They call up once in a while now and say: we fired your last account rep. Seems he was not doing his job. Now on my 3rd rep. And waiting for his calls

Now I find myself hiring a different company to get my site indexed major search engines since Top Ranking has failed to help fulfill the contract I feel scammed!

Turns out, that we had the same problem with a company called "Traffic Powers" a year before this... Gee, now I find out they are affiliated... Yet they claim that they are under new management and turning things around.
My new rep. Admited that he has many customers that have similar complaints and he is doing what he can to help. And that he feels I have a valid complaint for wanting my money back.

Yet, they don't refund as stated in the contract...
