Charged for software download and did not recieve it! Ripoff

Wanted a download of continuious spyware coverage. They're product, after giving them all the info I could not get the download completed! After 5 minutes of giving them my bank info the money was gone! So I called and emailed to no avail! To this day they will hang up on me! What a ripoff!!!
