Is a phony Company that takes money fast, but delivers nothing. Ripoff

I ordered two ink cartriges from this Co. Paid for them with Pay Pal and never recieved anything. I called the Co. But only got through to a recording that gave me nothing to work with. I sent them email requesting either my product, or a refund. I still recieved nothing, so I filled out their refund form and after 2 months have recieved nothing from them. This Co. Is in business to recieve money very fast, but delivers nothing and you can't talk to any humans therer because its only a paper Co. Please do something to stop them from ripping off others.
