Limewire the company had a lifetime program to download music and movies and got 51 dollars out of me and i cant download anything because it's saying unknown publisher

Tryed to get a progam to download music and paid for a lifetime of downloads for 51 dollars and i cant get the original website for ther information. When i try to download it's saying no publisher.
