I got a spam from this company today, decided to do a search and found a lot of reports from this site (usacomplaints.com). One of the post mentioned that there was no way to contact this company.
I ran a search and found the following (below). It looks like the NYC address listed on their website is a fake or a mailing center...

Keep in mind, if it's too good to be true, it probably is...
