Ripoff, ripped off and scammed out of my money for a false business

I sent my money ($45.00) in to Stuffing For Dollars almost a month ago. The company said that it would take up to 10 days to receive the kit.

I have not seen a kit, nor my money, which in the initial sign up, it said the the $45 was refundable.

I tryied to contact this company in the state that it was said to be located, and no one seems to have even herad about it.
