After noticing some strange charges to CC account -I called the 800 number-talked to someone witha foreign accent and asked"is it not fraud? When one charges to an account withOUT authorization?" oh yes oh yes very much so - then who gave you permission to chge to my account? Gonna turn this over to Capitol ONE and let them handle it - oh yes we give you credit - yep and ya better do it PDQ. On talking with the bank and sending them rip off.com's page of these rip offs, I did receive credit for the past year! Of unauthorized charges
