I just found out that my designer bags and wallets are fake or copyright infringements which means that they are illegal. I am a former public school teacher who saved her hard earned money to start my own online authentic designer handbag business. Although I bought from other vendors, I bought the most from Area Productions or arealine.com in Miami Florida. I have spent over $900.00. This can be verified by my PayPal statement. I'm outside of PayPal time limits. Since I trusted these people because I got a recommendation from an online Boutique Owner who is a member of the BBB: I never doubted the authenticity.
I had my bags in a boutique and was told to get them out. I said this lady is crazy so I went to another one. The 2nd boutique wouldn't even allow them to be sold in her store but she pointed out all the imperfections. I then went to Off 5th (saks 5th avenue outlet) and I couldn't believe it. The writing is slanted and the Prada logo is blurry. I asked arealine.com for a refund and was told no. She is emphasizing the 7-10 day store policy over the fact that she is breaking international and federal law by selling fake designer inspired bags.
