We have had the same/identical problems as many of the reports on this, and other sites.

As of Sept 26, we have had approx. 2 hrs of at best intermitent internet. Prior to that the speeds began to slow down.

I have logged over 30 calls to them. The problems are in their lines. The signal to noise ratios are way off, and at best even tracable. This isn't rocket science. You walk down the lines, find where the signal is good and fix the problem.

But i now see that the service/support is unwilling, or dysfunctional to the point that Charter is not capable of servicing themselves.

We must take action. We must not sit by passively and take this crap.

A class action is beyond my abilities or time to secure.
But if we could somehow find the appropriate parties to send these complaints to, then flood them. Daily, weekly, cc'ing one of the boobs to charge at Charter, then maybe, (and I mean "maybe") we can effect a change.

Would this be an FCC thing?
Writing to senators is a waste of time, but maybe someone in the House might work. I mean that's at least what those idiots are for...
Any ideas? We could do a concerted effort, all of us time the mails to hit during some week.

I do know... Really. But i am fed up with thsi crap.
It is time to attack.
