Rip off, non-responsive, no help at all, scam internet

I ordered pc rescue from healthy computer club on 10-18-06 and it did not work. Received an error message every time i entered the registration key. No email response from the initial help address they gave me. Emailed their other help address and received a computer response that someone would contact me. No one ever did. I was not able to receive a refund and had to delete this program from my computer. Sa total waste if $30. It is companies like this that make me hesitant to want to order anything online. I wish i would have know about usacomplaints.com.Com before i purchased this program because i obviously am not the only one this has happened to. I will look here before i ever purchase anything online again!
