Phoney, unauthorized charges on my phone for services I never asked for. The charges were for a voicemail service. I have an answering machine, voicemail on my cell phone. I don't need nor did I ask for another voicemail service. They somehow got my information from a web-site.in addition the representative that I spoke with "PAM - #18", was extremely rude and tried to speak to me as if I were an idiot.
