I was excited to read that others had a great and fast turnaround experience with this online site. However, I was not happy.
The forms were quickly emailed to me the first time. I caught a mistake and asked them to fix it. They emailed back saying it would be emailed to me in two days.
It's been 2 weeks later, 3 emails requests for them to send the new amended forms and still nothing. My next email will be asking for a refund if they still don't have it to me by Friday.
