I ordered online from a.co.uk website thinking they were based in the UK. They emailed me to say my boots were on their way, but subsequently emailed me to say they were out of stock. They asked me to choose another style. I said no, I would like my money back please, as they couldn't provide the style I wanted. Ever since then, they have not emailed me again, despite my regular requests for information about my refund.
