Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing than promised refund and haven't followed through with full refund

E-pro auctions is suposedly a website company, they somehow got my bank information and billed my bank account for 7 months a fee of 49.95 each month, shame on me for not finding the error in my bank account sooner. When calling them they gave me an authorization # and a conformation # and promised me that the 7 payments would be back in my account with in 7 to 14 working days it is now going on 30 days and I have only gotten 4 payments put back into my account, only because I call them every day and argue with them and file complaints. I am getting tiered and don't understand how they can get away with this type of business practice.
