Rebate ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

Comp USA offered a $8 rebate on their CD-Rs. I filled out all of the correct paperwork and included the UPC as needed. Yet when you go to www.wheresmyrebate.com it is denied stating that the UPC wasn't sent - WRONG! I have xerox copies of the original rebate information I sent in - however, the time it takes to follow up on a $8 rebate makes this cost prohibitive. I am confident that they KNOW people won't challenge their denial of rebate or will completely forget that they sent it in and this is a steady source of income for them! This is outright FRAUD!
