Tekmeds stole $500 from my account with fraudulent billing

I am a 19 year old struggling student/single mother and e-proauction stole $500 out of my account that virtually had NO money in it to begin with over a course of 10 months. I am very upset about this and i am thinking about taking serious legal action if nothing happens with this.
