Conned me into buying a nokian93 mobile phone, sent 300e and never got phone or answered any emails INTERNET

Oberto azzolini contacted me, he got my address fron ebay. He told me that he works for a manufacturing company called stimcellsrl.Biz & that they had a nokia n93 mobile phone for sale, he told me to place my order. I got back confirmation saying order was received.

I sent a western union money transfer to them but had to send it to joachim bublath as the company didnt have a account with western union, they collected the money on the 21-09-06 & said they would send me a tracking no so i could track it through ups but they didnt.

I sent a number of emails to them but each time i got back a failure report so i sent a email from my husbands address pretending to be interest in buying a phone, they got back to him straight away.

I then emailed them back asking how do i pay, they replied send western union transfer & ups will deliver, i then asked them for a telephone no but they said they didnt have an international line yet, the no they have on their web site is a different company as i rang it,

300e is alot of money to loose & i hope the same thing didnt happen to other people as it is a sad thing to happen, i hope it will never happen to me again that was the first time i ever tryed to buy anything from the web.
