Rebate ripoff

Five items were purchased from Tiger Direct in late June. I was building a computer for my son to incorporate thw AMD 64 3500 CPU. I had ordered from Tiger before, and had received rebates in a timely fashion. There was no apprehension on my part.
After onrebate announced that the rebates had been accepted, I waited the TEN weeks before I wrote to the company. Since all the rebates were filled out and submitted to their instructions, I had no doubt that I would receive some answer back from them soon.
All my letters were returned to me. The address given on the website is bogus. I have just emailed nadina. Urdaneta@onrebate.com. This email address is also bogus. I have no doubt that when I call the 888 number, it will also be bogus.
These are crooks. They are holding our money as long as they possibly can. They do not care to service. I will help them.
They need attention and caring by a father figure. Letters are going out to the Attorney General for the State of Florida, the better business bureau, and four of our local TV stations here in Orlando. I am sure that the missing $170 will make quite an interesting news piece to fill some time in the afternoon news schedule. I am glad to do it. It is my pleasure to do so. I am just helping a neighbor to come around and do what was promised.
Don't buy ANYTHING from Tiger Direct. Buy from Newegg; you'll be glad you did.
