I am writing to this company mainly concerning their complete lack of customer support. I have emailed them five times over at least a weeks period. Two of the e-mails "bounced back" I suppose because of an email overflow or flaw with their account.
I am using a university email and have only had trouble with emailing a few times because of incorrect addresses. I read a prior consumer complaints and it said the company had a spam problem. That should not be an issue as long as someone is the support service and can spend the first hour? Of their day clearing the garbage from their email account.
I have tried a week to get in touch with you and have only received failed delivery as a response. It has now been 14 business days since I ordered (on the 5th of Sept). I am familiar with salvia expert Daniel - you are quite aware of him - and he and his business get the product from CA to me in four business days.
All I want is my ounce of diviner's sage to me this week. This is all that I am asking, for all of the trouble I have gone through trying to get in touch with Ethnobotany Supply.
