Please be careful when ordering from companies like this. I ordered my dress 8/23 and also paid for a RUSH to get here on 10/7. I received an e-mail a few days later that stated that my dress would not be here until 10/25. My wedding is 11/11 only because of a family emergency.

I called to talk to the lady regarding this e-mail and spoke to Rachel. She was very rude and didnt care about my situation and stated that the date was just an estimate and was not going to refund my money back.

It is now the end of September and I receive another e-mail stating that they are closing and that is it. All the numbers that they gave to me are out of service and of course no call back from the manager. Nothing about giving my money back or how to get my money back, just they are closing.

Not only do I have to go through my bank to try and get MY MONEY back for my wedding, I have about a month to search for another dress.

Please make sure that you look at everything about the companies you are about to order from or just go around your area to that shop for your dress, that way someone else is responsible, NOT YOURSELF.
