Ripoff, never repaid my money back after 3 months a waiting

Denton Ferla is one man that does not seem to repay or give me the product i orderd from him. I tried contacting the store and phoning his private number, but still no response. He have stolen my hard earned money from me, and now he wont give me the product or money back. This site should be banded and his name must be blacklisted at the ITC. I have also discoverd that he uses other domain registration IP's and DNS addresses. There are now two diffirent online stores with the same IP address. Please Help me to get this man in jail and band this site..
