Optimum Voicemail
Ripped me off plain and simple installed spyware on my pc while i was answering survey questions to receive grocery coupons via the internet

This involves the following companys. Quest telecomunications, The Billing Resource, and MOST noyably OPTIMUM VOICEMAIL INC.in july I started to fill out a survey on the internet for grocery coupons. Late in the procass i noticed that their was a requirment for signung up for optimum voicemail. At that point not wanting this sievice i simply closed the page logged off my isp and considered the matter closed, shortly after i recieved an email for confermatiom of my order of this service. I responded to it indacating i did not want the service. I continued to recieve and respond to four more emails requesting that I conferm the order responded negitivly to all untill i got tired of them and blocked their emails.

Oh i should also mention that the telephone that thay were billing is not even my phone. Anyway my girlfriend started receiving addon billing fron queat via the billing resource quest refuses to stop this addon billing. The billing resource automatically forwards us to optimum voice and thay claim we ordered their service. I can only conclude that thay used spyware to get the untransmited information and frauduantly opened an unauthorised account and billed someone thay have never had any contact with.

Today i finally got The billing resource to block any more billing of my girlfriends phone as guest would not do it. Optimum claims thay closed the aaccount. Judging from the way optimum opened this account i would expect that thay have broken several state and federal laws. If not then someone needs to do something about this type of internet scaming.
