Ripoff saying i havent fufilled agreement neenah

We made a agreement to purchase 4 movies possibly 5 movies at regular price within 2 years. We have purchases 4 dinasour cinderella lady n the tramp and bambi
they say i have only purchased 2. I have several emails from this dispute to dmc. I havent been able to reach them on phone as of yet all i get is a automated response. I am calling my bank tomorrow to further investigate this issue and get proof of pay to these people.
