Club Claims Only Two Required Movies Were Purchased

We made a agreement to purchase 4 movies possibly 5 movies at regular price within 2 years. We have purchases 4 Dinosaur Cinderella Lady n the Tramp and Bambi
they say I have only purchased 2. I have several emails from this dispute to DMC. I haven't been able to reach them on phone as of yet all I get is a automated response. I am calling my bank tomorrow to further investigate this issue and get proof of pay to these people.
