Ripoff, dishonest, verbally abusive, fraudulent. California

We took a laptop there for repairs, it was a broken motherboard. They broke the case on our original laptop trying to open it.instead of owning up to that, they replaced the cover thinking we wouldn't notice and replaced it with an older version motherboard from a much older model used laptop. Essentially, we got a downgraded laptop and charged full price of a new replacement!

When we asked them to replace it at least with the same motherboard as the original laptop, they refused to do any more work and the guy started yelling about how much time he had to spend on it.

These jerks took a higher end laptop, broke the cover on it taking it apart to change the motherboard, then replaced with a lower end one laptop motherboard. Then the jerks had the nerve to yell at the customer. We filed a dispute with the credit card company and they made a judgement in our favor that MicroNotebook Computer in fact, acted unfairly ripping us off and didn't perform the work they were suppoes to.

Well the laptop they gave back to us, (the downgraded one), lasted just a few weeks and died. There is of course no warranty on it from them, as they refused to do anything. So we're left without a laptop now.

Recently, I guess the idiots noticed the credit card company judged in our favor. So get this, the owner calls me up threatening to break my face and kill me. That's right!

Amazing how stupid this guy is and the nerve for him to commit a criminal terrorist threat for a $200 judgement against him.

I have filed complaints with the police and currently pursuing criminal action against "Randy" the owner.

Anyone reading this - be cautioned not to take your computer to this low life. Micronotebook computer in Orange, California is the worse possible place to have anything repaired. Not only is the work shotty, but the prices are jacked up. You can do better buying off Ebay from strangers!

The entire place is a rip off. They get cheap parts and mark up like they are new, they don't do a very good repair job and if you try to bring it back under warranty too many times, you just might have your life threatened by the owner of MicroNotebook Computer!
