Ebay ripoff took my money, never sent product

I got a second chance bid from them on ebay for vacuum bags at a cost of 66.00. I paid thru Paypal and after ten days I had not heard from them or had I recieved my item. I sent them four emails which they never replyed. They stole my money and I never got squat.
