Earthlink & Direcway are unreliable ripoffs. They make false claims & false advertisements

Satellite connection is extremely slow or won't connect. I am looking into the possibility of suing Earthlink and Direcway for breech of contract, false advertising and making false claims. I have had the service since March and the problems are ongoing.
